1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the 0kkbd website accessible at https://0kkbd.io, including all games, services, features, and content made available through it.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform or who accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding any bonus amounts not yet converted to withdrawable funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a promotional offer.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, which is the sole transactional currency on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked on eligible games before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that may be applied to any Account at any time at the Platform's discretion.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given to it in Clause 8 of these Terms & Conditions.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the 0kkbd Platform — including browsing the website, registering an Account, depositing funds, placing a bet, spinning a slot reel, or participating in any promotional offer — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Players regardless of the device, browser, or network connection used to access the Platform. They are supplemented by, and must be read together with, the 0kkbd Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and the Platform.

Where any conflict exists between the general Terms & Conditions and the terms of a specific promotional offer, the specific promotional terms will prevail in relation to that promotion only. In all other respects, these Terms & Conditions take precedence.

3 Eligibility

Use of the 0kkbd Platform is subject to the following strict eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times to maintain a valid Account:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or automated agent).
• You must be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you use the Platform.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where access to online gambling services is not prohibited by applicable local law at the time of each login and use.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether requested through 0kkbd or any other gaming operator.
• You must be using your own registered payment method; using payment methods belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited.
• You must not have had a prior Account on the Platform that was closed for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

0kkbd reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

4 Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the 0kkbd Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and phone number. You must promptly update your Account information if any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 0kkbd will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted from your Account using your valid credentials will be treated as having been conducted by you, regardless of whether you authorised it, unless you have reported a suspected security breach to [email protected] in advance of the activity in question.

0kkbd reserves the right to refuse any Account registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 0kkbd Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The Platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. Transactions via Visa, Mastercard, or other international payment instruments are not currently available on the Platform.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Deposits are typically credited to the Player's Account within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation from the mobile wallet provider. 0kkbd does not impose a platform-side processing fee on deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which 0kkbd bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same mobile wallet used for the corresponding deposit (same-source rule). This restriction is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect Players against unauthorised withdrawal requests. Withdrawals are processed within minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Processing times may occasionally be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

KYC and Verification: 0kkbd reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, or at any point during the Account lifecycle. This may include a copy of a government-issued national ID or passport and a screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the registered mobile wallet. Withdrawals will be held pending satisfactory completion of any requested verification process.

• Players may not deposit or withdraw on behalf of another person.
• Funds deposited on the Platform may not be used for any purpose other than wagering on eligible games and sports events.
• 0kkbd is not a banking institution and does not pay interest on Account balances.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to the Account and wagered. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit was made in error before wagering occurs.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

0kkbd offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, which must be read alongside these general Terms & Conditions.

The following general rules apply to all Bonus Funds unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonus Funds are credited to the Player's Account as a separate balance and cannot be withdrawn directly until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been met.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be voided on expiry of the validity period if requirements remain unmet.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on eligible games as specified per promotion. Certain high-RTP slots, live table games, or sports betting markets may be excluded from Wagering Requirement contribution.
• No Player may hold more than one active welcome bonus at the same time. Attempting to claim duplicate bonuses across multiple Accounts will be treated as bonus abuse and may result in Account closure.
• 0kkbd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already opted in and fulfilled the deposit requirement, the Player's accrued Bonus Funds will be honoured subject to the original promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash outside the standard wagering conversion process.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the 0kkbd Platform are supplied by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Hacksaw Gaming, and Play'n GO, among others. Each provider's games are governed by that provider's own game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the game interface and any other description of the game on the Platform, the game interface rules prevail.

All slot games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and verified by the respective game studios. RNG certification ensures that each outcome is statistically independent, unpredictable, and not influenced by the Platform, previous results, or any external factor. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are as specified by the relevant game provider.

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from studios operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Live dealer outcomes are determined by physical game elements (actual cards, roulette wheels, or game show mechanics) rather than software RNG. All live dealer studio operations are subject to the respective provider's regulatory oversight and quality control processes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game round:

• If the error occurs before a round is completed, the bet may be void and the staked amount returned to the Player's Account.
• If the error occurs after a round outcome has been determined and recorded, the recorded outcome stands.
• 0kkbd's decision regarding the resolution of technical issues affecting game outcomes is final, subject to the escalation procedure described in Clause 11.

Cricket and sports betting markets are offered subject to event rules specific to each market type. Settlement rules, void conditions, and in-play market restrictions are detailed within the sportsbook interface for each event. All pre-match odds are subject to change until the market is suspended at the start of the event.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following categories of conduct are strictly prohibited on the 0kkbd Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent closure with forfeiture of balances:

• Multiple Accounts: Registering, operating, or using more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Identity Fraud: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point, including impersonating another person or using another person's payment method.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including but not limited to: coordinated play to farm bonuses, use of multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, and hedging bets across Accounts to guarantee bonus conversion with minimal risk.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players in card games, live dealer tables, or sports betting pools in a manner that distorts natural game outcomes or creates an unfair advantage.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated clicking software, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform, place bets, or participate in any game.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, pricing errors in sportsbook odds, or any other technical fault to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reversed.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, convert, or withdraw funds as part of any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime scheme. 0kkbd cooperates fully with relevant authorities in any investigation of suspected financial crime.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with a mobile wallet provider after funds have been credited to the Account and wagered. Any Account subject to a fraudulent chargeback will be suspended immediately and the matter referred to the relevant financial institution.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

0kkbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or collusive activity.
• At the Player's own written request for voluntary Account closure.
• Account inactivity in excess of 12 consecutive months without any login or transaction activity.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than a breach by the Player, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds not yet meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the Player's registered mobile wallet within a reasonable timeframe following satisfactory completion of any pending verification requirements.

Upon closure of an Account due to a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, 0kkbd reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation. The outcome of any such investigation, including any determination to forfeit or return balances, will be communicated to the Player by email within a reasonable period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 0kkbd Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, data compilations, trademarks, and service marks — is the property of 0kkbd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without express written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use any automated data collection tool, scraper, crawler, or similar technology to extract Platform data.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or platform.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Hacksaw Gaming, and Play'n GO is the intellectual property of the respective studios and is used by 0kkbd under licence. All third-party trademarks, game titles, and studio names remain the property of their respective owners.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 0kkbd's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

0kkbd shall not be liable for any of the following losses, whether direct, indirect, special, consequential, or incidental:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated winnings arising from any technical malfunction, server downtime, network interruption, or force majeure event.
• Loss of data or Account information arising from circumstances outside 0kkbd's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on any information published on the Platform, including odds, game descriptions, or promotional terms.
• Losses arising from delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party mobile wallet providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits 0kkbd's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Disputes: Any dispute relating to a specific bet, game outcome, or transaction must be submitted to the 0kkbd support team at [email protected] within 30 days of the event in question. Disputes submitted after this deadline will not be considered. 0kkbd's internal resolution decision is final for amounts below ৳50,000. For amounts above ৳50,000, the dispute escalation process detailed in our support documentation applies.

12 Privacy & Data

0kkbd collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at 0kkbd.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during the registration and Account operation process — including name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information — is used solely for the purposes of Account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable legal obligations. 0kkbd does not sell, rent, or transfer personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13 Responsible Gaming

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation — whether contractual or non-contractual in nature — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 0kkbd operates, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be lawfully excluded by contract. 0kkbd makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction.

Any formal legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions must be commenced within 12 months of the date on which the claimant became aware (or should reasonably have become aware) of the facts giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this limitation period will not be entertained.
